Talent management and Training

Aware of the importance of its Human Resources, Electrão started with its employees the Talentão project, which aims to design a talent strategy aligned with Electrão’s vision and values.

In order to provide its employees with better skills, Electrão created in 2021 a training programme which it called ‘Electrão Learning Academy’.

Ten training courses were delivered.
